Join our dynamic global team for an exciting opportunity as a Data Analyst Intern in our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department for Fall 2025. This internship offers a unique chance to apply your analytical skills to real-world M&A scenarios, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will gain exposure to a wide range of acquisition activities, including those related to Real Estate and Architecture sectors.
Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets related to potential merger and acquisition targets, with a focus on real estate and architecture industries.
Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation and due diligence processes.
Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
Support the development of analytical tools and methodologies to enhance M&A processes.
Participate in market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
GPA between 3.2 – 4.00 (Preferred 3.4 or above ).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience with SQL and database management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Basic understanding of financial markets and M&A processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Previous internship or academic project experience in data analysis is preferred.
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions concepts is a plus.
