Adjunct Instructor - Survey of Renewable Energy (ENV-111)
Environmental Science Department, Bunker Hill Community CollegeThe Environmental Science Department at Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach Survey of Renewable Energy (ENV-111) in Fall 2025. This 4-credit course supports Environmental Science majors and fulfills a General Education requirement for all programs. The course explores the role of renewable energy in addressing environmental and economic challenges. Topics include solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal, biomass, and emerging energy technologies. Students will also examine nonrenewable energy sources. The laboratory component emphasizes energy models, hands-on skills, data analysis, and scientific report writing.
The course will be taught in person.

Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour
