Summary

Join Our Team at Kids World After School Program for the 2025-2026 School Year!
Kids World After School Program is currently seeking qualified and passionate teachers to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year!
Our after school program operates separately from our regular daytime curriculum and is designed for children in Kindergarten through 1st grade. We also offer convenient bus services from nearby elementary schools to support our families and students.

Duties

We're Looking for Exceptional Educators!
Our ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, caring, and passionate, with professional experience working with toddlers through early elementary-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
• Provide consistent supervision and support throughout the day
• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote learning and fun
• Foster the development of interpersonal and social-emotional skills

Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We are especially interested in individuals who can bring unique skills to our program?such as art, music, theater, sports, STEM, robotics, dance, or other enrichment specialties.
Schedule:

• Part-time positions available
• Monday?Friday | 2:30 PM ? 6:00 PM
• One hour of paid planning time included daily
• Must also be available  once a month for a 7:30 AM ? 8:30 AM team meeting

Requirements

• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age and clean driving record

Benefits

We also offer tuition reimbursement, assistance with gaining a CDA (worth college credit toward an Early Childhood degree)
Pay: $20-22 per hour
