Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and managing PO and Non-PO invoices, executing full-cycle AP payment runs, and ensuring all invoices have proper approvals. The role supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and assists in monthly reviews and cash forecasting processes. Responsibilities + Input all PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and timely. + Process full-cycle AP payment runs weekly, handling up to 100 invoices. + Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all invoices. + Review accounts payable statements monthly to ensure accuracy. + Assist with monthly financial reviews and journal vouchers. + Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. + Contribute to the AP cash forecasting process. + Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support company goals and objectives. Essential Skills + Experience in invoice processing and accounts payable. + Proficiency in PO and Non-PO based invoicing. + Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, or Netsuite. + Ability to perform 3-way match in invoice processing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred, or a minimum of 1 year for exceptional candidates. + 1+ years of experience with large ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Netsuite). + Capability to process up to 100 invoices, both PO and Non-PO based. + 1+ year of experience with 3-way matching (some 2-way matching). Work Environment The work environment is supportive, fostering a family-oriented and flexible culture that accommodates emergencies and daily needs. Initially fully onsite at the Phoenix plant site, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule, allowing up to two days of remote work after acclimation. The role operates within a 7-4 schedule in a team of four, reporting to the Financial Controller. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
