Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

- Associated certifications in your area of expertise are preferred.
- For Epic Analysts: You must be certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module, which should be obtained within six months of your employment date. You are also required to keep your certifications current by maintaining training on new versions.
Responsibilities: - I will rely on you to analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet both operational and technical requirements.
- You will collaborate across project boundaries with other teams, think creatively to propose practical solutions, and provide oversight and project management for your assigned tasks.
- A solid working level of subject matter expertise is required to support projects, customers, and other teams while proactively seeking to enhance your knowledge in assigned areas. Utilizing application training, websites, and resource materials regularly and effectively will be essential, as will guiding newer team members in using these resources.
- I expect you to have a thorough understanding of operations and proactively identify chances to enhance customer usability, efficiency, and overall experience.
- You will represent user needs and expectations in larger, more complex system updates and enhancements, providing clear and organized status reporting for key project areas to stakeholders.
- Performing process mapping through current flow charts, documenting future needs, conducting requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering to deliver cross-team solutions will be part of your role. This includes completing working level gap analysis and providing recommendations.
- You must clearly communicate complex design and configuration issues to end users and project stakeholders while maintaining relationships with end user leadership post-engagement and proactively addressing any conflicts.
- I look for you to contribute to strategic discussions by identifying options with associated pros and cons while facilitating timely decisions. Quick resolutions that suffice will be recognized.
- Adhering to organizational standards for system configuration and change control is a must.
- You should possess strong technical proficiency in application-specific design and configuration, communicating concepts clearly to end users. The ability to analyze, design, and configure the application independently, as well as teaching these concepts to new team members, is important.
- Building strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partners will be expected.
- You will collaborate with operational leaders to focus on standardized best practices for workflow processes, ensuring alignment across all ministries to create efficiencies and enhance operational processes.
- Coordinating code changes with the appropriate vendor related to financial and business application issues, as well as collaborating with technical teams to identify infrastructure-related issues causing application problems, is essential.
- Sharing industry best practices from vendors with operational leaders is part of your role.
- Continuously demonstrating technical knowledge of the assigned application and understanding the relationships of infrastructure impacts to users will be key.
- You will serve as the liaison between business operations and providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors while adhering to defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution.
- Strict adherence to change management processes, ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes, is a requirement.
- I expect thoroughly reviewed written documentation delivered to end users and leadership, showcasing consistency. Being a team player who proactively communicates issues and concepts to project leadership is valued.
- You will periodically review and adjust your skills, habits, work ethic, and behaviors while managing your work effectively among peers. Awareness of how others perceive you and ensuring smooth and effective working relationships will be important.
- Proactively troubleshooting and resolving moderate incidents and requests without direction is part of your responsibilities.

- Managing medium complexity projects/requests and collaborating with team members when needed while evaluating all new application releases and functionalities is expected.
- Completing assigned courses within Healthstream and other electronic tracking tools for educational material or attending presentations in person as assigned must be done promptly.
- Ensure that the services you provide contribute to successfully accomplishing the primary mission of the department.
- You will escalate issues when SLAs are breached or when appropriate vendor actions are lacking.
- Travel may be necessary for the performance of your duties, and you may be required to work additional hours during critical issues.
- Assisting in preparing and conducting formal or informal training sessions for users and colleagues is part of your role.
- Identifying and seizing new opportunities while displaying a proactive attitude, even during challenging times, is essential.
- You may also be tasked with additional duties as assigned.
