Our client, a Creative Agency in NYC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Project Managerto join their team in a hybridrole based in New York City. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who can effectively work across multicultural teamsto drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across diverse teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Leverage bilingual skills to support multiculturalteams and ensure seamless communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies to drive efficiency and success.
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven experience as a Project Managerin a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong background in managing multicultural projects and teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Workfront, or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, digital, or creative project management.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management methodologies.
