Description Our hospitality client is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: + Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures + Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies + Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll coordination + Help develop and implement HR initiatives to support engagement and retention + Partner with leadership and staff to foster a positive and inclusive work environment + Maintain accurate records and support HR reporting and audits Requirements Requirements: + 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role + Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required) + Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices + Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday) + Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
