Position Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and training staff and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data.
Implement and supervise BIPs in various settings, including home, school, and via telehealth.
Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make adjustments.
Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators) for a holistic treatment approach.
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Tennessee license and LBA are preferred; willingness to obtain them is a must.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with clients, families, and professionals.
Dedication to ethical standards and professional development.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Physical Requirements:
The role involves prolonged sitting, walking, occasional running, standing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching overhead, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
