Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst in Houston, TX 77079 for a 1-year contract at $22/hour . This role plays a key part in supporting financial operations within the Order to Remittance (OTR) team, focusing on project management in SAP , revenue tracking, billing accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creation, updates, and closure of project and sales orders in SAP .
• Monitor and support revenue, billing, and cost milestones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice issues to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with work order creation in ServiceMax and coordinate project logistics.
• Support audits, tax activities, and forecast reporting.
• Conduct weekly financial reviews, focusing on revenue, backlog, and contribution margin.
• Communicate with vendors/customers and assist with Ariba purchase tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and OTR roles.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
