Job Description

Are you looking for a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional call center environment? We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. This is an entry-level, in-office position with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

No weekends required!

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to customers, providing accurate and timely information.

Answer inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate resources.

Accurately document conversations and update records in the database.

Collaborate with management to meet productivity and quality standards.

Generate a minimum of 6 leads per day (30 per week).

Make at least 350+ calls per day.

What We're Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and comfort with phone-based work.

Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
