Home Weekly : Enjoy a 34-hour reset at home every week! With regionalized routes, you get the home time you need while keeping your miles up.
Regionalized Freight : Our Midwest routes are designed for manageable distances and consistent home time , focusing on specific regions to help you stay close to home.
Average Weekly Miles : Typically, you'll run about 2,000 miles per week , depending on your Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight , with a mix of 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload – it's streamlined and driver-friendly.
Equipment : Drive 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths for a smooth ride and reliable performance.
Support : We offer 24/7 operations support – you'll always have help when you need it.
Weekly Pay : Earn an average of $1,200 gross per week with the potential for more through performance-based bonuses.
Sign-On Bonus : Receive a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after your first load, $500 after 30 days). Must be active and seated to qualify.
Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.
Detention Pay : Earn $12.50 per hour after the second hour of detention.
Layover/Breakdown Pay : Get $100 per day for layovers or breakdowns.
Vacation Package :
1 Year = 1 Week
3 Years = 2 Weeks
7 Years = 3 Weeks
15 Years = 4 Weeks
Experience : Minimum of 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience.
Freight Type : Willing to handle 100% no-touch freight.
Home Time : Must be comfortable with regional driving and weekly home time.
