Summary
The primary role of the Complex Life Enrichment Coach (LEC) is to encourage personal growth through goal-based support as well as providing daily living support to KIM clients in their home and in the community. Complex LEC’s will strive to motivate and encourage clients toward their goals, reflecting the Residential Service Guidelines. KIM is looking for flexible candidates to work a minimum of two shifts per week and one mandatory on-call weekend once per month.

$18.50 - $19.50 hourly
