Job Description
**Job Summary**
Responsible for collecting and delivering mail and various items between facilities, affiliated locations, departments, and other specified areas. This includes, but is not limited to mail, supplies, medical equipment, and/or laboratory specimens.
**Essential Functions**
+ Delivers parcels, packages, and other deliverables to and from designated locations.
+ Maintains vehicle and ensures it is serviced and cleaned on a regular basis.
+ Keeps accurate records and receipts.
+ Operates a motor vehicle and drive vehicle for extended periods of time.
+ Drives city streets and freeways safely; determines most efficient routes.
+ Practices safe operating procedures.
+ Properly handles blood and blood products.
+ Keeps accurate records and receipts.
+ Handles special deliveries and any other additional tasks assigned.
+ Communicates effectively orally and in writing.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years experience in a delivery or related role preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Organized and able to prioritize tasks/deliveries.
+ Ability to work autonomous and as a part of a team.
+ Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 25lbs.
+ Operate a company vehicle and be insured on a facility policy.
**Licenses and Certifications**
+ DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
