Data Entry Administrator Location Remote in Ohio :

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter and maintain data related to construction projects and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and maintain data related to construction projects. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Create and update spreadsheets and databases with project information. Communicate regularly with project managers to ensure accurate and timely entry of project data. Assist with file management and organization. Respond to inquiries and requests for data on time. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data. Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel. Excellent typing and 10-key skills with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.
