Job Title: Endpoint Management Administrator

Remote!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Administrator to oversee and manage enterprise endpoint systems, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with JAMF, Intune, ADM, and SAML to ensure seamless device deployment, security, and compliance. This role will also involve administrative tasks related to endpoint security, identity management, and user access control.

Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Management & Support:

• Manage and maintain Windows, Mac, and mobile devices across the organization.
• Deploy and configure operating systems, applications, and security patches using JAMF (for macOS) and Intune (for Windows and mobile).
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues to ensure optimal device performance.

Identity & Access Management:

• Configure and manage authentication protocols such as SAML, Active Directory (ADM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Implement and enforce access policies to ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Assist in user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and deprovisioning processes.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with security policies, device encryption, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Monitor and enforce security configurations on macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.

Administrative & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with software licensing, asset inventory management, and procurement planning.
• Provide user training and support for endpoint-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in endpoint management, IT administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF, Intune, ADM (Active Directory Management), and SAML authentication .
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (MDM) principles.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, identity management, and endpoint protection solutions .
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Okta, or other IAM solutions .
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
• IT certifications (e.g., JAMF 300+, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
