Job Summary
We seek a motivated and results-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with both residential and commercial clients. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, business owners, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
Present and explain product offerings and service options to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and maintain client records.
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in outside sales and territory management is a plus.
Basic proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $ 45,000.00 75,000.00 Per Year
