Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Midwestern IT is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support our client's financial planning and analysis activities. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers and financial data.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate insights
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or accounting role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be one of the following:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Green Card Holder
  • GC EAD
  • H4 EAD
• W2 employment only (No C2C or 1099 arrangements)
