Floor Manager with Bartending Experience Needed

Melange Foods Inc is searching for an exceptional Floor Manager with a standout bartending background. We need someone who understands that service is about efficiency, but hospitality is about connection.

Your Role:

• Lead and oversee impeccable opening and closing procedures.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver not just service, but genuine hospitality.
• Manage staff scheduling, ensuring coverage meets operational needs.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and, if necessary, firing of team members to maintain our standards.
• Keep shifts flowing effortlessly, solving problems before they arise.
• Step behind the bar with confidence, crafting cocktails and running a fast pace bar when required.
• Bring energy, positivity, and an authentic love for hospitality to every shift.

You're Our Ideal Candidate If:

• You have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience.
• Your bartending and management skills stand out.
• You instinctively know the difference between good service and true hospitality.
• Organization and leadership come naturally to you.
• You’re available Thursday through Sunday.

Compensation:

• $28 - $35 per hour, commensurate with your expertise.
