Key Responsibilities

As the General Sales Manager , you will:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Manage Vendor relationships for the best deal and service to the dealership.
• Advertising to entice prospects to purchase vehicles.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer journey.
• Stay informed about market trends , dealership inventory, and manufacturer programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or higher-level leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership software.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
