Building and Land Technology (BLT) is now hiring seasonal Dockhands for the 2025 season!
The Dockhand plays a key role in assisting the marina team and providing outstanding service to seasonal boaters, Harbor Point tenants, community visitors, and transient guests. Dockhands perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marina(s) and maintain a safe, clean environment along the Harbor Point waterfront community.
This is a part-time, seasonal position with a pay rate of $16.35/hour . Candidates must be highly service-oriented and comfortable working safely around water.
