Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth by offering healthcare organizations customized compliance solutions that streamline operations and enhance patient care. This position combines consultative selling with deep industry expertise to establish lasting partnerships and deliver measurable client success.
Our Mission:
As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Fuel Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-selling and upselling compliance solutions.
- Build Trusted Partnerships: Serve as a strategic advisor, offering personalized service and guidance to ensure client success.
- Maximize Client Retention: Proactively address client needs, manage service adjustments, and minimize churn risks.
- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Understand client challenges and provide customized solutions to optimize their operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting MedPro Disposal’s healthcare compliance solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Identify client pain points, present tailored solutions, and clearly articulate contract terms and service offerings.
- Client Retention & Expansion: Monitor client accounts, mitigate churn risks, and identify growth opportunities.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns efficiently while balancing business goals and customer satisfaction.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to ensure exceptional client service and support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about healthcare compliance trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and a data-driven approach to sales strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and close deals.
- Self-Motivation & Drive: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
- Client-Centric Approach: Passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and address client concerns effectively.
