Salary: $58,240 - 58,240 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Field Desktop Technician or in a similar IT role
• Experience in healthcare or with Epic systems is a significant advantage but not mandatory
• Proficient in the setup and upkeep of personal computers, operating systems, and applications
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and installation of hardware and software standards
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments and facilities

• Provide on-site support across various clinical and non-clinical settings, including patient rooms and emergency departments
• Engage consistently with our customers, including team members, patients, and guests, to troubleshoot both company-owned and personal devices
• Replace company-owned equipment as needed and offer guidance on best practices and productivity enhancements
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure effective installation and support of hardware and software
