We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Assistant to support our online sales and digital marketing operations. This role involves managing product listings, assisting customers online, running sales campaigns, and coordinating orders from inquiry to fulfillment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and has a strong understanding of online sales strategies and advertising platforms such as Google Ads .
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (company website, Amazon, eBay, social media shops, etc.).
Run and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive online sales and generate qualified leads.
Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
Process online orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and inventory levels.
Track online sales performance and prepare weekly sales and advertising reports.
Coordinate with logistics/shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in creating product descriptions, online ads, and promotional content.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and ad performance.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in online sales, digital marketing, or customer service.
Adobe suits and Photoshop knowledge are a must
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and online sales strategies is required.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with CRM or order management systems.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Ads or other PPC platforms.
Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
