We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Invoice Processing Clerk to handle invoice data entry and processing tasks. The role involves accurately entering and managing invoices, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support to the accounting team. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and an opportunity to work from home.

 

Responsibilities :

• Process and enter invoices into the system accurately and promptly.
• Verify and validate invoice details.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies between invoices and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Assist in reconciling invoice records with accounting systems.
• Support the finance team with other data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in data entry, billing, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering data.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with invoicing software or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
