Jr. Financial & Sales Analyst Location Remote in Frisco, TX : Join our expanding team and take the reins as a Junior Financial & Sales Analyst, where your expertise will drive financial reporting, sales tracking, and meticulous data analysis. Dive into the world of Salesforce and Excel, leveraging your skills to expertly manage and maintain financial and sales data. Your role is pivotal in generating insightful reports and extracting valuable data-driven insights that fuel our success.

Location: Hybrid role at our HSI office in Frisco, TX.

What Will You Do?

As a Financial & Sales Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting weekly and monthly reports, showcasing key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
• Utilizing Excel wizardry to develop and maintain essential sales reporting spreadsheets.
• Providing valuable analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Analyzing vast datasets from Salesforce to extract financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Creating automated reporting and forecasting tools for increased efficiency and reduced errors.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Elevating our financial status by monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Collaborating on the quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness by checking sales contracts and new/closed opportunities in Salesforce.
• Supporting pipeline management in Salesforce by maintaining and updating sales pipeline opportunities promptly.
• Taking on special ad-hoc projects as assigned by executive management.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong familiarity with Quality of Earnings.
• The ability to turn large data sets into actionable business insights.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• A keen attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
