DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Architect, build, and evolve site reliability capabilities using modern tools and components. Demonstrates and champions site reliability culture and practices and exerts technical influence across involved engineering teams. Lead initiatives to improve the reliability and stability of your team's applications and platforms using data-driven analytics to improve service levels. Collaborates with team members to identify comprehensive service level indicators and stakeholders to establish reasonable service level objectives and error budgets with customers. Demonstrates a high level of technical expertise within one or more technical domains and proactively identifies and solves technology-related bottlenecks in your areas of expertise. Acts as the main point of contact during major incidents for your application and demonstrates the skills to identify and solve issues quickly to avoid financial and reputational damages. Documents and shares knowledge within your organization via internal forums and communities of practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Site Reliability Software Engineer SRE, Sr. MTS, Software Engineering Intern, Software Engineering Intern, Analyst -Quality Assurance, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Site Reliability Software Engineer SRE, Sr. MTS, Software Engineering Intern, Software Engineering Intern, Analyst -Quality Assurance, or related occupation.

Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $260,000 per year.
