Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agents – This Opportunity Is for You! (Please apply only if you currently hold an active SC real estate license.   • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Lead generate
  • Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
  • Show homes
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Provide white-glove service
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team)
