Full-Time Nanny Needed for Busy Family with Three Children (Start ASAP).

Location: Las Vegas.

Schedule: Two rotating shifts covering 6 AM - 10 PM (approx. 28 hours per shift).

Salary: $50,000-$85,000/year, DOE.

Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Live-In Preferred (Live-In Option Available).
Start Date: ASAP.

We are seeking two exceptional full-time nannies to join our fast-paced household and help care for our client's three children - an infant (10 months old) and two older children (ages 9 and 10), who are not in the home full-time. The home also includes two small pets, so comfort with animals is a must.

This role goes far beyond typical nannying. We are looking for professional, proactive caregivers who can bring a nurturing, creative, and highly organized presence to our home.

• Providing attentive care and engaging activities for the children, both at home and during travel.
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Handling children’s laundry and keeping play and living areas tidy.
• Driving the children to and from activities and appointments.
• Supporting early education through sign language, manners, and age-appropriate learning.
• Assisting with pet care (feeding, letting dogs out, cleaning small messes).

The family leads a very active lifestyle with frequent travel and time spent across multiple properties, so flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time nanny experience with infants and school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early education.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Local candidates preferred for immediate start; live-in option available for the right fit (private guest quarters provided).
