Job Title : Office 365 Administrator

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Azure AD).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability of Office 365 services.
• Implement and enforce security policies, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Configure mail flow, spam filtering, and protection settings via Exchange Admin Center.
• Troubleshoot user issues and service disruptions in collaboration with Help Desk and other IT staff.
• Support migration projects (e.g., Exchange on-prem to Exchange Online, file shares to SharePoint).
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Qualifications:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365/Office 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Understanding of hybrid environments and directory synchronization (Azure AD Connect).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of email migrations and coexistence strategies.
• Experience in compliance and archiving features like eDiscovery and retention policies.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
