Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office & Marketing Assistant professional to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining internal filing systems while also providing cross-functional support to our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Organize and maintain filing systems and company documentation
+ Assist with light social media posting and tracking weekly engagement
+ Support email marketing initiatives
+ Help the Sales Manager with order entry, invoicing, and customer communication
+ Draft and format marketing brochures (as needed in the coming months)
+ Assist in general office administration
+ Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and QuickBooks (light use)
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Familiarity with social media platforms and light marketing support
+ Basic experience with Adobe software and Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
+ Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Requirements - Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) sales processes and strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for invoicing and order entry.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in designing promotional content.
