Your Role:
As an Operations Admin, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and top-tier guest experiences. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help maintain efficiency in property management and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
Manage guest communication through the Hostaway App, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Ensure guests complete all necessary registration processes based on property guidelines (e.g., pool access, entry requirements).
Track and manage required forms for select properties before guest arrival.
Create and maintain digital forms (Excel, Word) to streamline guest registration and property management processes.
Keep property listings updated, ensuring accurate availability, pricing, and details on the website.
Maintain detailed records of property amenities, guest requirements, and any updates.
Coordinate with the property manager on maintenance requests, operational tasks, and guest-related concerns.
Assist with marketing tasks, including social media posting and website updates.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or administrative support.
Strong Communication Skills: Professional handling of guest interactions with a focus on excellent service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and online form creation tools.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple properties and efficiently track guest requirements.
Familiarity with Short-Term Rental Platforms: Experience with booking systems like Hostaway is a plus.
Independent & Organized: Ability to work remotely while maintaining high service standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $975 - $1,525 DOE
13th-month pay
