Full-Time Nanny in Brookline, MA

Seeking a dedicated and reliable nanny for a growing family with a 2 year old and expecting a baby in April. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and dependable, with a strong work ethic. The nanny will work alongside a current part-time nanny and assist with a combination of childcare and household management duties. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Compensation :

• Pay: $28-35 per hour
• Payment: Option for payroll or cash payment
• Benefits:

• Car: A vehicle will be provided for transportation

Schedule :

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible: Guaranteed 40 hours per week with the option to increase hours depending on the week’s needs
• Summer Schedule: The family spends time on the Cape (Falmouth, New Seabury, Chatham), and nannies should be flexible to adjust schedules
• Occasional Overnight Care: Depending on the schedule and needs, overnight care may be required

Responsibilities :

• Providing attentive and engaging childcare for a toddler and newborn
• Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, laundry, dishes)
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Coordinating schedules and activities
• Assisting with household management tasks if seeking full-time hours
• Occasional overnight care as needed

• Driving children (family provides a car)

Requirements :

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, Covid, etc.)
• Previous nanny experience, especially with young children, preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable with light housekeeping duties
• Ability to work well with another nanny
• Experience in meal prep and grocery shopping
• Comfortable with overnight care when needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
