Salary:  $100,000 - $105,000 per year

Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced PAs alike, offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved communities in a collaborative and mission-driven setting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Physician Assistant.
  • Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in primary care or FQHC settings is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical procedures, and diagnostic tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, empathy, and adaptability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, injections, and minor office-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to improve healthcare access for underserved populations
