What You'll Do

• Follow established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures diligently.
• Conduct general maintenance and periodic checks on all printing equipment.
• Facilitate change overs using quarterbacking methods.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve production issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage spare parts inventory meticulously.
• Log all maintenance actions accurately and comprehensively daily.
• Ensure the work environment adheres to high housekeeping standards.
• Maintain open lines of effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Quickly respond to and report safety issues promptly.
• Maintain impeccable safety and attendance records.
• Participate in various additional tasks as they arise.

Experience You Need

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance settings.
• Minimum of two years in a manufacturing role with relevant job achievements.
• A self-starter attitude in complying with company norms and policies.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, ideally with Maintenance Connection.

Skills

• Interpersonal and basic computer proficient.
• Strong proactive approach to resolving mechanical issues.
• Solid communication and troubleshooting prowess.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Standing and sitting for extensive periods, occasional climbing.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 40 pounds and working with tools.
• Adaptable to hot/cold environments with exposure to dust, noise, and occasionally unpleasant smells.

Educational background

High School Diploma or GED essential. Technical certification preferred.

Enhance your skills dealing with equipment handling, specifically Flexographic Printing Press tasks.
