Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote
Duration: 2-3 months
Pay: $30-$33 per hour on W2

Must be willing to work on our W2. We are not able to transfer H1B at this time.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join as a third Project Specialist for a full-time (40 hours per week) temporary role lasting 2-3 months . The ideal candidate can start quickly.

• Assist project managers in coordinating and executing project tasks.
• Provide administrative and technical support to ensure smooth project operations.
• Identify and communicate project issues, risks, and updates while recommending solutions.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate project progress, reporting key updates to project managers and leadership.
• Assist in drafting written status reports for clients.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite .
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while also integrating within a team.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and navigate web-based technologies.
