Position: Project Coordinator I – Administrative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator I will provide administrative and project support for a departmental team while covering a long-term leave of absence. This role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to work independently and maintain discretion. The coordinator will support scheduling, budgeting, project tracking, and day-to-day departmental operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and project coordination support for departmental initiatives.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintenance of project timelines.
Support budgeting, project documentation, and general business office tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project materials as requested.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.
Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with departmental standards.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain calendars, track deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
Support ongoing process improvement efforts and operational workflows.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in project coordination, a business office, or a related administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook .
Knowledge of healthcare design & construction , scheduling, and budgeting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally across departments.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
