Join our team as a QA Test Automation Engineer , where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Accertify’s software. In this role, you will work closely with your QA colleagues, developers, and product managers to design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring that all products meet Accertify’s quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities: 
QA\Testing
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and procedures to ensure high quality product before release.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous product improvements.
  • Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear and concise steps to reproduce.
Automation
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver frameworks.
  • Continuously improve and enhance the automation testing framework and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the automation scripts.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand user stories and acceptance criteria. Provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • 3+ years of expertise as a Test Automation Engineer with a focus on Selenium.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# to build test automation tools and frameworks.
    • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# to build test automation tools and frameworks.
Additional Details: 
  • Potential salary range: $110,000-120,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • Location: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143
  • Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
