REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience and construction knowledge required
• Must be able to lift 80/lbs
• Must be comfortable with heights and walking on roofs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed and organized
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the home remodeling industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting, door knocking and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
