Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team in Bentonville, AR. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales of our safe room products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. It is also required that there is flexibility to work some evening hours as well as weekends during the storm season (Feb-Jun)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide information and assistance to customers visiting the showroom in person as well as those who call or email for further information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Atlas Safe Rooms products and services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales ideal, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Good at time-management and prioritization
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at the showroom in Bentonville, AR.
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work till 6pm and on Saturdays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
