Link for Full Job Description: School Office Secretary (Part Time) The St. Francis Cathedral School is a Catholic Pre-K to 8th grade school in the Diocese of Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ) with over 400 students. The St. Francis educational model offers a holistic approach to all subject areas that recognizes each child's unique gifts while being mindful of their needs as learners. The St. Francis Cathedral School is looking for a School Office Secretary to be a part of our main office staff. Primary job responsibilities include managing our student information system (PowerSchool), registering new students, de-enrolling students, transferring files for students to other schools, etc. The school office secretary would also be expected to collaborate with other staff members, teachers, families, and school administration.
