Job Description

About Us

At  Crescendo , we’re transforming customer experience with Augmented AI—a seamless blend of human expertise and AI automation that delivers better, faster, more scalable support. We’re not just changing how support works. We’re reshaping the economics of an entire industry.

The Role

Crescendo is growing at a remarkable rate, and we are seeking a Sr. Manager of Finance to take our forward-looking financial capabilities to the next level.

In this role, you will be a critical member of the Finance team, responsible for driving strategic insight, owning the financial planning process, and supporting key decision-making across the organization. You will improve and maintain our financial model, lead the budgeting and forecasting process, and work closely with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives that impact financial performance. You’ll be expected to deliver sharp insights from data, help operationalize KPIs, and lead a scalable planning process.

The ideal candidate brings early-career experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Services (FDD), followed by hands-on experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance. Prior experience in Technology, SaaS or tech-enabled service industries is preferred.

This role reports to the Head of Finance and offers significant room for growth and impact as Crescendo continues to scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own, manage, and improve the company’s financial model, including forecast updates, scenario modeling, and long-range planning
  • Lead annual financial budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting process in close coordination with department leaders across the business
  • Prepare the monthly financial reporting package and deliver insights on key trends, KPI performance, and budget-to-actual variances
  • Develop a deep understanding of the key revenue and operating model drivers, develop consistent ways to track and report on them, and make recommendations to improve the monthly financial reporting process
  • Support ongoing Board and investor reporting with clear, concise analysis and financial storytelling
  • Partner with the Global Controller and Accounting team to complete and streamline the monthly close process and budget to actual analysis
  • Support business leaders with ad hoc financial analysis, including pricing strategy, pipeline conversion, bookings, and sales efficiency metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to support scaling

What We Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience, including at least 2 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Services (FDD), followed by roles in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance
  • Experience in Technology, SaaS or tech-enabled services is preferred
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills with experience using Power Query and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, net revenue retention) and GTM Finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to senior leadership
  • Ability to transition fluidly between high-level strategic discussions and hands-on financial analysis
  • Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
  • Experience with M&A, post-close integration, and investor reporting is a plus

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Remote working arrangements
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Generous paid vacation
  • Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
  • Training opportunities provided by Crescendo and outside entities
  • 1-on-1 coaching with feedback sessions, mentorship, and opportunities for cross-functional development

Why Crescendo?

  • We’re creating a new category: Augmented AI.
  • Our growth has been explosive—0 to $100M+ in ARR in under a year—and we’re just getting started.
  • Our model is built on outcomes, not buzzwords. That means we only win when our customers do.
  • You’ll join a high-performing, customer-obsessed team that values speed, creativity, and craft.
  • We’re remote-first, people-first, and purpose-driven.

Join us and help shape the future of customer experience.
