Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the creative process within the organization, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among creative teams. This role aims to enhance productivity and streamline operations while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the creative operations team to ensure projects are

delivered on time and within scope. Document and maintain creative processes for consistency and efficiency across all projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals. Utilize project management tools like Hive to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status. Implement best practices for creative workflow and continuously seek improvements in processes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications,

or Business Management. Proven experience in creative operations or project management, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of reporting metrics and ability to analyze project performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with project management software, specifically Hive, and other creative tools. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
