Salary: $82,000 - 164,000 per year Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficient in systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or testing.
• Valid and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is necessary prior to joining, with the ability to obtain program access thereafter.

• Develop, revise, and sustain system requirements, operational concepts, and interface definitions.
• Create and execute test plans, procedures, and verification documentation for both simulated and operational scenarios.
• Conduct system-level testing and analyze results to confirm performance and functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Work collaboratively across functions to enhance performance and ensure system reliability.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, assessing operational impact and effectiveness.
• Perform trade studies and communicate findings to stakeholders to support technical decision-making.
• Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration and mission readiness.
• Generate integration documentation, validate requirements, and relay results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Carry out statistical and numerical analysis of test data to ensure system performance and compliance.
• Present technical findings and solutions to both internal leadership and external clients.
• Travel may be required to support mission execution at RTX facilities, testing locations, vendor sites, and customer environments.
