Job Description:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that infrastructure meets the needs of the product and is aligned with the company's long-term goals.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, focusing on system availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and infrastructure changes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee incident response and post-mortem analysis, driving improvements in processes and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in the cloud environment.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization and scaling strategies within AWS.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, reviewing pull requests, and guiding the technical direction of the team.
