**Job Title: Structural Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled structural welders to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in MIG and Flux welding, possess the ability to read blueprints and tape measures, and have knowledge of setting amperage/voltage on welding machines. Candidates must also be capable of grinding welds and welding in the 3G (vertical) position. **Responsibilities** + Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures. + Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements. + Set up components for welding according to specifications, including cutting material with powered saws to match measurements. + Operate angle grinders to prepare parts that must be welded. + Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces. + Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead). + Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. + Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG and Flux welding. + Ability to read blueprints and tape measures. + Knowledge of setting amperage/voltage on welding machines. + Experience with grinding welds. + Capable of welding in the 3G (vertical) position. + 2+ years of structural welding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fabrication and production. + Ability to pass a 3G MIG all the way out - 3/8th plate on carbon steel. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company. **Work Environment** Work schedules include a 1st Shift from 5am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, and a Night Shift from 5pm-4:30am, Monday to Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
