Tucked in the awe-inspiring landscape of Dry Creek Valley, Trattore Farms, an acclaimed estate winery and olive oil mill, invites Tasting Room Sales Associates to join our tight-knit team. Your role on Team Trattore Farms:

Deliver memorable wine and olive oil tasting experiences for our esteemed guests and club members.
Showcase our superior wines and olive oils, and encourage enthusiasts to join our Wine Club Memberships.
Handle cash register operations and daily reconciliations with precision and trustworthiness.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked tasting room, handling tasks from glass washing to inventory management.
Aid in orchestrating Special Events, group tastings, and VIP meals, creating lasting impressions.

You're a great fit if you:

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in service and/or sales.
Are at least 21, with a keen interest in wine and olive oil, eager to learn and share your knowledge.
Have a demonstrated record of upselling and securing club memberships
Possess the ability to take direction and work cohesively as part of a team.
Demonstrate initiative in routine maintenance and tasting room projects.
Provide superior customer service, handling interactions with grace and professionalism.
Can accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Are able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally, and can stand for extended periods, as well as comfortably perform physical tasks like bending, walking, and climbing stairs.
Remain professional and adaptable in varying and challenging situations.
