Job Title: Turnover Package Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Turnover Package Coordinator to lead the documentation and handover process for a large-scale project involving over 50,000 documents. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in pharmaceutical and GMP standards, particularly GDP compliance for equipment and utility vendors. This role will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of turnover packages while coordinating across multiple teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Turnover Package (TOP) procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with discipline engineers, construction leads, and quality teams to collect, review, and distribute required documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth document flow and adherence to turnover deadlines.
Track progress, status, and approvals of TOPs using structured systems and reporting tools.
Conduct document audits to ensure compliance with project-specific and client standards.
Resolve documentation discrepancies, missing items, and punch list issues.
Engage proactively with vendors to address common documentation errors and promote a right-first-time approach.
Verify completeness and accuracy of Vendor Document Requirements (VDR) for handover.
Manage document approval workflows and follow up on pending reviews.
Provide regular updates and metrics to senior management regarding documentation status and risks.
Maintain accurate records for future reference and audits.
Support additional documentation tasks as assigned by the CQ program.
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in turnover package management, document control, or related roles.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP, and GDP compliance.
Proven ability to manage documentation processes in construction or vendor turnover contexts.
Experience developing documentation procedures and implementing control systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
