Gotcha Covered Blind and Decorating Center in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Window Covering Installer to join our team. With a competitive hourly salary of $23 - $30, you will be part of a company that values professionalism and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site. Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of window treatments, including manual and motorized blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery, with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments to ensure the proper fit and function of window coverings.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction with each installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site to ensure a seamless final product.
• Work with the sales and design teams to understand project requirements and execute installations accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while handling tools and materials.
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their new window coverings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in window covering installation, carpentry, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of motorized window treatments and smart home integrations is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
