Job Description

Ray Laethem is seeking a detail oriented, organized and reliable Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper documentation and processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork for our dealership. Job Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and lien releases in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation for all vehicle transactions
• Handle and resolve title issues, including title discrepancies, lost titles, and title corrections
• Submit title and registration paper work to appropriate offices, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Maintain organized and up to date records of all titles and related documents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role (automotive experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
