TEKsystems is currently searching for professional candidates interested in a Bank Teller opportunity with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Raleigh 27616 area! Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance/training to lower level team members. Experience: + 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, customer service + Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email + Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required Responsibilities: + Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans + Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications + Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services + Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly + Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration + Perform platform banking functions Schedule: + Full-time/ 40 hours per week + MUST be available between Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm + Could be expected to work 2-3 Saturdays a month depending on business need If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
